Mora County Warrant Records Mora County Warrant Records

This page explains the purpose and limits of Mora County Warrant Records. Official questions belong with the court that issued a warrant, the Mora County Sheriff’s Office for local service routing, or Wagon Mound Village Hall for municipal contact. The routing below keeps those roles separate.

Why We Built This Site

New Mexico warrant information is divided by court and record custodian. The Fourth Judicial District Court clerk holds district criminal material. Mora County Magistrate Court holds many misdemeanor, DWI, traffic, and preliminary matters. Wagon Mound Municipal Court is a separate village route. The county clerk receives county-government records and IPRA requests, but is not the criminal court clerk. The sheriff can help with local service routing, while the issuing court controls recall, surrender, payment, and case status. New Mexico Courts Case Lookup helps locate an individual case, but it is not a complete active-warrant index. That separation is why a single search can miss the record that matters.

What We Cannot Do

This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to any New Mexico court, sheriff’s office, or state agency. There are real limits to what we can help with:

  • We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
  • We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
  • We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
  • We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
  • We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
  • We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now

Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's warrant unit that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.

Search Partners

Some pages on this site include search boxes powered by third-party providers. Those companies set their own pricing and run their own services. When you use one of those tools and it leads to a paid signup, we may earn a referral fee. That revenue helps keep this site free for visitors. We do not control what those tools charge or what shows up in their results, and their data is not an official warrant check.
